What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn the ins and outs of the wholesale business, assist in supporting our sales team, assist with pricing, purchase order management, running and analyzing merchandise reports and item data management and help us maintain strong communication and service with our wholesale customers.
To Summarize, You Will
Provide support in driving initiatives that grow wholesale sales.
Merchandising & Product Management
- Manage merchandising of products across company platforms to ensure accurate representation, brand alignment, and an optimized customer experience.
- Create and update custom line sheets as needed to support sales initiatives and buyer requests.
- Help maintain line sheets, price lists, and seasonal product updates within marketplaces.
- Partner with the Merchandising Team on SKU setup, product data management (UPCs, SKUs, images, keywords), and seasonal assortment updates.
- Upload and maintain product images across our wholesale platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Marketing & Campaigns
- Manage wholesale campaigns and internal customer emails.
- Set up promotions across wholesale platforms.
- Assist in preparing for markets and tradeshows.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on item performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Support the sales team with insights to optimize product strategy and account performance.
Collaboration & Tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product development teams.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and wholesale platforms (e.g., Faire, NuOrder); familiarity with CRM or BI tools is a plus.
- Bring passion for children’s fashion and an eagerness to grow within the wholesale industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience/internships).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing both internal and external relationships.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to challenges, and deliver results.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Netsuite is a plus.
- Ability to quickly assess business needs and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
