Your Role
Join IAG’s Chief Investment Office as a Business Services Analyst and play a key role in supporting investment operations and strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business projects, vendor management, and governance processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) with hybrid working arrangements available.
About You
You’re a detail-oriented analyst with a strong understanding of finance functions and a passion for governance and investment operations. You’ve ideally worked across superfunds, insurers, or banks and are familiar with the regulatory landscape in investment management. You’ll also bring:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, asset management, or investment operations.
- Awareness of current and emerging regulatory changes in investment management.
- Experience in investment operations or risk management including documenting risk events and fulfilling compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills required with Group services including legal, risk, tax, accounting, and external vendors.
- Exposure to regulatory management and governance processes.
- Ability to support investment outcome projects and corporate actions.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
