We're on the lookout for multiple Claims Management Officers to join our dynamic, high-energy team based in Meanjin (Brisbane – Eight Mile Plains).

This is a permanent, full-time position with a fun and collaborative team. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements outside of onboarding and training periods.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of claims, including lodgement, for cases ranging from straightforward to moderately complex. You’ll gain excellent exposure as you build and maintain strong working relationships with our partners to ensure a smooth and seamless claims experience

Work Hours & Availability
This role operates on an 8.5-hour shift schedule, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, weekend availability is required from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

About You
We are looking for someone who is agile and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Confident communicator with a talent for navigating tough conversations with empathy and fairness.
- Thrives in fast-paced settings, managing high volumes of requests while staying organized and on task
- Proficiency in MS Office
