Your New Role
In this new role, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining and delivering performance reporting and attribution analysis across a broad range of asset classes as well as the generation and distribution of high quality reports to relevant clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Performance Reporting and Attribution 
·       You will be a super user of the Factset performance and risk attribution system and support the broader Investments team and key internal stakeholders with queries and information/reporting requests 
·       Provide timely and accurate investment performance and attribution calculations across a broad range of asset classes, including the analysis, reporting and effective communication of the drivers of this performance  
·       Monitor and report on the investment options against stated objectives, peers and benchmarks 
·       Identify and analyse investment performance reporting issues, exceptions or errors in an effective and timely manner 
·       Generate meaningful insights from performance and attribution analysis, market data and industry information, distilling these insights for communication to relevant stakeholders  
·       Liaise with and coordinate with relevant vendors and data providers 
·       Support performance reporting queries and data requests primarily from Portfolio Managers, Clients and other internal stakeholders
 
Client and Investments Reporting 
·       You will be a super user of Business Intelligence reporting tools (i.e. Microsoft Power BI, Excel power user) and support the broader Investments team in their use
·       Creation, preparation and delivery of client and Investment team reports  
·       Accurate and timely production of high-quality Investment and client reports delivered on time 
·       Manage the end-to-end process for client and Investments-related reporting, establishing a deep understanding the requirements and procuring all necessary information to produce meaningful reports 
·       Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to adequately understand reporting requirements  

What we’re looking for
You’re an investment performance reporting SME used to working inside an investment management business, supporting investment decision making through the delivery of high quality investment performance and client reports. If you’re energetic, collaborative and self-driven looking to be part of a high performing investments team, and have the following - we’d love to hear from you:
 
·       5+ years experience as an investment performance and/or client reporting analyst in across a broad range of asset classes
·       5+ years experience producing and disseminating high quality performance and attribution, and client reports 
·       Highly proficient with Factset (performance and attribution reporting) is essential
·       Track record of working independently and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders as part of a high performing investments team 
·       Proficiency in the use of Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Microsoft Power BI, Excel) will be highly regarded 
·       Relevant Qualifications 
·       CFA Designation (desirable)
