Communications ManagerHybrid – San Antonio, TX National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB), a national network of 200+ CDFIs and economic development nonprofits, is seeking a Communications Manager to strengthen our brand and amplify our voice on issues that shape the future economic prosperity of Latino communities in the US. As a valued member of our Communications team, you will advise internal and external stakeholders on the development and execution of NALCAB's communications policies, objectives, and initiatives. Reporting to NALCAB's Director of Communications, you will support the development and production of a wide variety of internal and external communications, marketing, and design projects to advance NALCAB's brand, reputation, and digital media presence. Best-in-Class Benefits and Culture: We value our employees’ time and efforts. We strive to provide a collaborative, creative environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute to our processes, decisions, planning, and culture. To thrive, you should have: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field, with 5 years of relevant experience.Solid skills in communications, marketing, and social media tools such as Meltwater, Canva, Adobe Suite, and MailChimp.Experience with graphic design and layout for both print and digital formats; expert in WordPress and proficient in Microsoft Office.Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing, and project management, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; ability to travel up to 15%. Your key responsibilities as the Communications Manager will include:Manage and execute day-to-day communications and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with NALCAB’s brand and strategy.Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across digital platforms, newsletters, press releases, reports, and other publications.Track and analyze social media and website metrics to inform future communications and outreach strategies.Drive media relations and support member organizations by promoting their work and sharing resources and opportunities.Contribute to strategic communications planning, events, and trainings, while providing marketing and design support across the organization. More About Us: The National Association for Latino Community Asset Builders (NALCAB) is a one-of-a-kind national intermediary with a network of 200+ member CDFIs and nonprofit organizations that serve Latino communities across the US, DC, and Puerto Rico.
