To learn more about us, please visit our website: .  IT Engineer/Systems Administrator - AKDHC We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer / Systems Administrator to support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple office locations in Arizona. This hybrid role combines network and systems administration with field-based hardware support. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure, alongside general IT support capabilities. You will play a crucial role in both daily operations and project-based infrastructure initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Administer and troubleshoot Meraki networks, including wireless, switches, and firewallsManage, deploy, and troubleshoot Azure-based virtual servers and servicesProvide on-site hardware support across offices (racking/stacking switches, UPS installations, etc.)Deliver desktop support (Windows, basic Mac), printer troubleshooting, and general IT assistance at office locationsTravel between office sites in Arizona (company vehicle provided)Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and configurationsAssist with basic IT project rollouts and upgradesSupport end users with software, connectivity, and hardware issues Required Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a systems or network support roleProficiency with Cisco Meraki administrationExperience managing or supporting Azure environments (VM deployment, networking, troubleshooting)Strong understanding of basic network concepts (VLANs, DHCP, DNS, etc.)Familiarity with desktop/printer support in office environmentsAbility and willingness to travel regularly across ArizonaValid driver’s license requiredStrong communication and documentation skillsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. Nice to Have:Experience with UPS installation and maintenanceFamiliarity with Office 365 administrationScripting (PowerShell) or automation basicsIT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Azure Fundamentals, or Meraki CMNA What We Offer:Use of company vehicles for site visitsOpportunity to work across a variety of technologies and grow your skill setA supportive team and environment focused on IT operational excellence Benefits:We value our employees’ time and efforts.
