We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Delivery Lead to join our team and drive the successful execution of our digital projects. As the Digital Delivery Lead, you will be pivotal in driving the successful execution of digital projects and enhancements, aligning them with RACQ’s strategic objectives. You will foster seamless collaboration across teams, manage risks and dependencies, and cultivate a culture of delivery excellence. Your role will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency, optimising agile delivery methodologies, and ensuring our digital solutions meet business needs, technical standards, and stakeholder expectations. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Enhance digital experiences to improve member engagement, act on feedback for continuous improvement, and support initiatives that drive growth and retention.

  • Foster a collaborative team culture, mentor and coach team members, lead communication alignment, and support resource and change management.

  • Lead delivery and design reviews, implement agile best practices, optimise workflows, and embed risk management and reporting standards.

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensure solutions meet business and technical needs, and stay ahead of industry trends to drive team capability uplift.

 

About you:

 

  • 5-7 years of relevant  experience in digital delivery, project management, or a similar role within a digital, technology, or agile environment. 

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience in leading agile teams. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex business and technical landscapes. 

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management. 

  • Experience working with CMS platforms, web applications, and digital technologies (experience with Sitecore is a plus). 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
