Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Site Operator to join our Goondiwindi team. This is a hands-on role, supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and packing site, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely, including pre-start checks.
  • Participate in site operations, hazard identification, and safety meetings.
  • Handle and store commodities in line with company standards.
  • Complete administration and documentation as required.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and presentation.
  • Supervise and guide casual employees when needed.
  • Work overtime and weekends during peak periods.
Qualifications:

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Forklift licence (essential).
  • Truck licence (highly regarded).
  • Experience operating forklifts and/or heavy machinery.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset and willingness to undertake training.
