POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing paralegal support, with a focus on Concessions projects, including preparing, maintaining, and processing documents and records pertaining to contracts, amendments, and other matters including tracking incoming projects and deadlines, maintaining department contacts, and anticipating demand for legal services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experienced paralegal, with corporate, real estate, or contract paralegal
experience, contract management, or contract administrator with no less than five years of experience. - Paralegal certificate from ABA approved program preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications and property
management software. - Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use considerable initiative and critical thinking skills to exercise sound
judgment in making recommendations based on contractual needs. - Demonstrated experience to focus on details, set priorities, meet deadlines, and
multi-task. - Timely and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend contracts.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to read and write commercial leases and concession
agreements effectively and efficiently - Ability to read, understand, and interpret local and federal regulations,
certifications, registrations, licensing, and operational procedures. - Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, organize, schedule, and manage to
completion multiple projects at the same time. - Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment interacting regularly with
corporate executives, local and federal officials. - Valid Florida driver’s license
