TITLE:                        Wealth Operations Coordinator

LOCATION:               Hudson

REPORTS TO:          Vice President – Senior Wealth Advisor

CLASSIFICATION:   Full Time, Non Exempt 

PAY GRADE:            NE 40 ($22.00 - $35.21 per hour)

AVAILABILITY:         Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm


Position Summary:

The Wealth Operations Coordinator will be responsible for general office operations as well as providing sales assistance for the Wealth Management team through a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to those mentioned below.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Responsible for processing client paperwork received from Wealth Management personnel, as well as items received through the mail.
  2. Be trained on LPL’s Client works to see Client’s accounts and help with reporting and updating. 
  3. Receives and processes deposits and requests disbursements.
  4. Assists Wealth Team with Pipeline Reporting.
  5. Answers and screens Wealth Advisors’ telephone calls and arranges “Microsoft Team Meetings.”
  6. Calls clients for various reasons, including appointment options and follow up.
  7. Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person(s).
  8. Helps clients with miscellaneous questions and scheduling of appointments.
  9. Assists in business development and partners with other lines of business to enhance the client experience.
  10. Perform additional duties as necessary.

 

Education & Experience:

  1. A high school graduate or GED required.
  2. Minimum of two years’ experience in a banking, finance or relationship management role required.
  3. Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance desirable.
  4. Experience with basic office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
