This is an exciting opportunity to get involved! As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across our marketing ecosystem. You’ll oversee our marketing automation platforms, optimize campaign execution, and build scalable processes that enhance customer engagement and empower sales and marketing alignment.

Insight on your impact:
- Lead the strategy and management of marketing automation systems, martech integrations, and campaign workflows to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to analyze campaign performance, pipeline influence, and marketing ROI, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other legal standards, protecting the organization from risk.
- Optimize lead management processes including segmentation, scoring, nurturing, and routing to improve conversion and accelerate revenue growth.
- Drive continuous improvements in marketing execution, from internal enablement emails to large-scale customer campaigns and events.
- Lead marketing automation migrations, ensuring smooth transitions between platforms, data integrity, process alignment, and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist with transition to a custom CRM integrated solution.
Your qualifications, your influence:
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
- 4+ years of marketing operation experience.
- Proven expertise with HubSpot Marketing and Operations Hub, including campaign setup, automation workflows, segmentation, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing martech integrations and transitions of software.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, funnel metrics, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving and critical-thinking capability.
- A curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking to drive engagement and conversions.
- Technical aptitude with a knowledge of technologies and processes involved with email service providers and/or marketing automation platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in CRM reporting and marketing attribution models.
- Familiarity with JS, SQL, HTML/CSS for email templates, or API integrations.
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.
- Background in global marketing operations, supporting multi-region campaigns.
