The Plant Administrator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of office administration, including, but not limited to: filing records, maintaining correspondence, HR duties, handling mail, and scheduling meetings. Main position focus is on Administrative, HR and Purchasing.
This position starts at $60,000. annually

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and Process Purchase Orders for Raw Materials via SAPCreate, Maintain and Document inventory counting sheets, Audit Inventory if any off counts
- Coordinate and Schedule Office Luncheons and Meetings
- Maintain the BOSS ‐ Customer Contact Base
- Coordinate and Handle Receiving of Production Goods
- Create and Maintain receiving, invoicing and BOL(s) for Raw Cullet, record Incoming Raw Cullet; Record and Enter Waste Tickets in SAP
- Process and Document Vendor Verifications
- Process and Document Vendor Invoices and sent to Potters Corporate
- Process and Reconcile Credit Card statements, receipts and expense allocations
- Maintain, Coordinate and Schedule annual physicals, flu shoots, etc. for employee(s)
- Maintain and Document Employee Postings
- Assist Warehouse with Admin duties of copying, faxing and collection
- Maintain and Order Office Equipment, maintain and Track Vacation and PTO time for Employee(s)JOB DETAILSOperates in compliance with all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations;
- Perform duties as a Notary; Handles ordering of Spare Parts
- Maintain MRB‐ Meetings Documentation
- Maintain CAPA's, SWAT and Risk Assessment Documents
- Process, Document and Maintain Workers' Compensation Injury Reports; Posting of yearly OSHA 30
- Maintain Waste Management Survey ‐ Garbage, Scrap Metal and Waste Oil Perform duties as an ISO Internal Auditor
- Perform duties as an ISO External Auditor and Trainer
- Maintain, Document and Schedule Plant Safety/HSE Training
- Maintain, Document and Schedule Contractors Safety Training and Annual Forms;
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
3 to 5 years of Administrative Experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Microsoft Office ‐ strong in Excel, Word and Outlook Microsoft Teams ‐ Chats, Calls and Meetings.
5 plus years of experience with an ERP system, preferrable SAP.
5 plus years of Customer Service experience
