Yorktel is currently seeking a Business Analyst II who shall assist the client on a variety of projects by conducting research, analyzing data, creating reports, making recommendations, and presenting findings to client team members and executives. The Business Analyst duties will include research, gap analysis, milestone metrics, training repository, current scope and future scope.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support overall efforts in delivering exceptional service to customers through various programs, applications, and processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster successful project coordination and development of meaningful strategies to accomplish goals.
- Oversee and manage the completion of requests and project assignments, carefully documenting processes and providing detailed information and reports to other government agencies.
- Compile information and data insights into PowerPoint presentations for small-scale and executive-level meetings, catering to specific requests and adjusting design layouts for practicality.
- Management of an internal SharePoint site, effectively organizing documents and files and creating helpful graphics.
- Serve as liaison and primary contact between department lead and division employees, leading conference calls and evaluating and documenting communications.

- Excellent documentation, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Experience analyzing complex data
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience creating detailed reports and conducting multi-media presentations
- Proficiency with the most current version of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SharePoint (required)
- Strong public speaking skills (preferred)
Education & Experience:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 5 years' experience in business analysis.
Additional Requirements:
- Contingent on passing suitability and a background/drug test
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to walk and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Overtime may be required, as allowed by local labor law.
- Requires extensive sitting, standing, and walking.
