ABM & Growth Manager

Company: Path Forward IT
Location: Cincinnati, OH (occasional travel required)


About the Role:


Path Forward IT is seeking an ABM & Growth Manager to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth by building and executing targeted, account-based campaigns, high-impact content, and strategic partnerships. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to build a scalable go-to-market engine with clear ownership of target accounts and lead-generation outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Build tiered target account lists aligned to ICPs and vertical segmentation (e.g., healthcare specialties).
     
  • Plan and launch personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, landing pages, webinars, events).
     
  • Track engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI at the account level; adjust based on data.
     

Content & Messaging:

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to create/refine sales collateral, email sequences, landing pages, case studies, and partner materials.
     
  • Translate technical capabilities into buyer-centric business value for healthcare IT audiences.
     
  • Ensure assets are measurable through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
     

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and activate strategic partners (e.g., EMR vendors, compliance consultants).
     
  • Coordinate co-marketing, events, and referral programs; build enablement kits and track partner-influenced pipeline.
     

Sales Enablement & Collaboration:

  • Work with SDRs and AEs to refine messaging and objection handling; join prospect calls as needed.
     
  • Analyze campaign performance and share insights with cross-functional teams.

Expectations:

  • Maintain clean CRM data and accurate attribution across campaigns and partner activities.
     
  • Operate with a test-and-learn mindset, documenting experiments and results.
     
  • Provide regular reporting (weekly highlights; monthly KPI rollups).
     
  • Uphold company values and healthcare compliance expectations (e.g., HIPAA).
     
  • Collaborate across brands, balancing execution with strategic planning.
     
  • Travel occasionally for events and partner activations. 

Success Measures (KPIs):

  • Target Account Coverage & Engagement: % of ICP accounts with active plays, engagement, and MQLs.
     
  • Pipeline Creation & Influence: Sourced and influenced pipeline/revenue, partner-influenced pipeline.
     
  • Conversion Metrics: SAL/SQO rates, meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
     
  • Velocity & Efficiency: Time-to-first meeting, cost per opportunity, ROI.
     
  • Content Utilization: Assets produced, adoption by Sales, enablement usage.
     
  • Operational Excellence: Data quality, SLA adherence, documentation, timely reporting.

 Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6 years in B2B marketing, growth, or sales (IT/SaaS/healthcare preferred).
     
  • Demonstrated ABM experience (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; ABM/advertising platforms a plus).
     
  • Strong writing and messaging skills for technical audiences (portfolio preferred).
     
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT and compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2) is a plus.
     
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
     
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • ZoomInfo (data enrichment, list building)
     
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
     
  • ABM, advertising, webinar, and analytics tools as assigned
