About This Role

Crusoe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our fast-paced production team in Tulsa. This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our manufacturing operations, as you will be responsible for the high-volume data entry of production orders, bills of material, and other critical information into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Acumatica. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is a full-time position.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Data Entry & ERP Management: Accurately and efficiently enter production orders, work orders, and bills of material into the Acumatica ERP system. You will ensure the integrity of production data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and update records to reflect changes in manufacturing processes or material lists.

  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Diligently maintain digital and physical files for all production-related documents, including work instructions and quality control checklists, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.

  • Reporting & Analysis Support: Assist the production team with generating basic reports from the ERP system to effectively track progress, identify key trends, and support data-driven decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless flow of data across departments.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the production manager and their team as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Software Proficiency: Experience with an ERP system is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks.

  • Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are a must. You will possess excellent organizational and time management skills and have the proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive and effective interactions with team members and other departments.

Compensation

Compensation will be paid in the range of $21 - $27/hr + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
