Our services include physical therapy, MRI imaging, injections, and surgery when necessary. About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Referral Relationship Manager to cover the Middle Tennessee area. This remote role requires travel within the market.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth, build lasting professional relationships, and support our mission of exceptional orthopedic care. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in account management or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing referring providers.

  • Referral Growth: Drive new patient referrals and maintain a steady flow of patients through strong relationship-building.

  • Provider Engagement: Coordinate and attend lunch meetings with internal and referring providers to foster collaboration.

  • CRM Documentation: Accurately record all provider interactions in Nutshell (transitioning to Hubspot) for effective tracking and follow-up.

  • Account Tracking: Use PowerBI to monitor referral accounts, identify trends, and develop strategies to re-engage clinics.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in sales, business development, account management, or similar, preferably in healthcare.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with Nutshell and Hubspot preferred.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for orthopedic care and improving patient outcomes.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. with native or bilingual English proficiency.

  • Own transportation required (mileage reimbursed).
