we are seeking to add an experienced Property Management leasing professional to our team to oversee leasing operations across the portfolio. In this highly visible and dynamic position, you will be responsible for leading leasing strategy and leasing operations to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional resident experiences
This is an office-based position based in Dallas, TX.
The Role: This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute leasing procedures and strategies
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Leasing Managers and Leasing Agents.
- Partner Revenue Management to design and implement campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to evaluate rental pricing, concessions, and market trends to maximize portfolio performance.
- Leasing Operations
- Oversee the prospect leasing cycle, including marketing, tours, application reassignment, and lease execution.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, state/local rental regulations, and company policies.
- Standardize and implement best practices to improve leasing efficiency and consistency across markets.
- Monitor Leasing reports, leasing pipelines, and KPIs to identify and address performance gaps.
- Partner with Maintenance and Construction to ensure homes are rent-ready and meet move-in quality standards.
- Customer Experience
- Champion a resident-first culture through timely, transparent, and professional communication.
- Resolve escalated leasing tour concerns and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Monitor prospect feedback and online reputation to drive improvements in the prospect experience.
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of lease documents, addendums, and disclosures.
- Prepare and maintain reporting on product/leasing KPI’s and market trends for senior leadership.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of leasing or property management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in single-family rentals strongly preferred; multifamily experience considered.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and achieving leasing/occupancy goals.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and state/local rental housing regulations.
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, etc.), CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven conflict resolution and organizational skills, with strong negotiation skills
