As a Supervisor, Web Content, you will:
Ensure that every page on our site is discoverable, conversion-friendly, and aligned with best-in-class digital standards.
Lead the development, management, and optimization of web content across Scripps Health's digital platforms.
- Supervise a team of Web Content Specialists, ensuring the creation and maintenance of high-quality, engaging, and informative content that reflects Scripps Health's commitment to excellence in health care.
Apply advanced technical SEO and AIO practices, including schema markup, site architecture, crawlability, and page performance optimization.
Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing, from hypothesis design to execution and analysis
- Partner with design and development teams to enhance UX/UI for clarity, accessibility, and improved user journeys
- Translate SEO and CRO insights into actionable recommendations that inform both content creation and technical implementation
Have a strong background in content strategy, SEO, and team leadership within the healthcare industry.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in web content management, preferably in the healthcare industry, including supervisory experience.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: - Strong analytical skills including the understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to inform and guide content strategy, ensuring high engagement and optimization across all web platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a focus on health-related content.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of Google's AI driven search summaries and its impact on content strategy.
