- Handling a high volume of incoming calls for a customer base of over 12,000.
- Providing prompt and courteous responses to phone and email inquiries.
- Reviewing daily alarm activity reports.
- Assisting customers with basic alarm system troubleshooting.
- Following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software (CRM experience is a bonus)
