POSITION SUMMARY

In this on-site role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth functioning of software and hardware systems. You will manage our asset inventory, tracking and maintaining a record of all IT assets including laptops and desktops. Your responsibilities will also encompass the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base (KB) articles, ensuring that key functions and solutions are well-documented and accessible for reference. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues; software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Edge, Chrome, etc.; hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, etc.
  • Managing asset inventory to track assets such as laptops, desktops, etc.
  • Tracking work and troubleshooting steps using the Fresh Service ticketing system
  • Reading and writing KB articles to maintain knowledge of key functions
  • Managing emails in Microsoft Exchange Admin
  • Imaging computers and setting up hardware at desks for employees
  • Unlocking accounts in Active Directory and other applications that are not SSO-based.
  • Working with Windows, macOS, and iOS, as well as managing and setting up such devices
  • Deploying software packages using Intune/SCCM
  • Using PowerShell to manage installs, to repair filesystem corruptions, and to manage emails in Exchange
  • Checking logs on computers, servers, and in other places for more advanced troubleshooting
  • Escalating tickets to higher level technicians internally when necessary

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school degree or GED Required
  • 2 Year college degree preferred. (Sunrise considers combinations of education and relevant work experience)
  • 2-4 years IT experience required.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Superior skill set in the use of the following software applications: Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFTS

Expected starting annualized salary range DOQ: $45,521 - $65,030
