Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials. We’re hiring a Technical Services Manager – Construction and Restoration to lead our U.S. technical support team. In this role, you’ll oversee technical resources, support product development, and ensure our CRS solutions deliver top performance through expert guidance and customer education.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Operations
- Manage technical resources for product performance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain specs, installation guides, system details, and TDS/SDS.
- Respond to inquiries from architects, contractors, and sales teams.
- Oversee product testing, lab coordination, and certification listings.
- Administer warranties, claims, and site investigations.
- Provide standards-based recommendations for product deviations.
- Support continuous improvement and uphold quality and safety standards.
Market Engagement & Strategy
- Collaborate on product development and market positioning.
- Deliver technical training and demos for customers and staff.
- Support trade shows and prepare product samples.
- Represent MAPEI in industry associations and contribute to technical publications.
- Partner with sales and marketing on promotional tools and product launches.
- Align technical capabilities with strategic business goals.

Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or the equivalent plus a minimum of seven years of industry related experience or any equivalent combination of related training and experience. MBA preferred.
- A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience in is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint within a Windows environment - Knowledge 365 or Dynamics AX is a plus.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to travel heavily.
