Marketing Business Operations Internship (PA)

Company Overview:

Internship Program: 

The CenterSquare internship is a 10-week program (June-August). As a Marketing Business Operations intern, you will work with each functional area within marketing, as well as Investor Relations and Capital Markets, to identify how to maximize the visibility of processes and workflows to all employees of CenterSquare. You will be given an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, reporting, data analysis, and data management. In this role, you will also assist with creating procedural documentation and workflow guides to increase marketing team efficiency. This position requires someone with an understanding of Adobe programs (Photoshop and InDesign) and proficiency with Google Analytics 4. Additionally, the candidate should have an interest in marketing operations and process workflows. The internship will be based in CenterSquare’s Conshohocken, PA office and is an in-office position.

Description & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across teams to determine the best approach to encourage self-service of information 
  • Evaluate how AI may best be utilized to increase team efficiency
  • Create and communicate a standardized repository for process and resource information
  • Assist in pulling data from various sources (CRM platform, other Martech platforms)
  • Assist with additional reporting needs
  • Organize marketing assets, including creative files, documents, logos, images, and videos
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Receive on-the-job training & special projects, as well as daily responsibilities to support the team
  • Exposure to senior leaders with extensive knowledge and experience in the industry
  • Interns will participate in various social networking activities throughout the summer
  • Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions with various professionals in the organization to gain an understanding of how the firm operates

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background and GPA, majoring in marketing, finance, or a related study
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • An interest in real estate, the stock market, and/or macroeconomic events
  • Ability to organize disparate types of information and take project ownership
  • Eagerness to lean in, learn, and ask the right questions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Outgoing personality, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
