As a Software QA Engineer on our team, you will collaborate with other engineers, product management, and operations to build, test, and release our products.

Job Description:You will be using your expertise in enterprise product integrations to validate front-end, back-end and endpoint functionalities across our product components. You will define best practices and be the domain expert in Jitterbit product testing. Moreover, you will also establish and maintain test environments and assets across all supported configurations and endpoints. Last, but not the least, you will be working with Product Management and Development teams to review requirements and design as well as providing feedback to identify bugs and potential improvements.
Our tech stack include but is not limited to Java, C#, .NET, Typescript, Knockout.js, Node.js, CSS3, Nginx, IIS, Docker/Kubernetes and 50+ supported endpoints such as DBs (Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, and others), CRM/ERPs, marketing/ecommerce systems, HTTP/OData protocols, messaging queues, etc. to name a few.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate for this role is as follows:
You have solid experience in designing and executing complex test cases for frontend and backend components based on requirements from product management and engineering teams.
You have solid experience establishing and maintaining test environments/test beds for your release cycles
You are prolific in creating and triaging bugs as well as establishing test metrics/reports
You have experience using Scrum and a demonstrated ability to contribute as a quality engineer in an agile development environment
You have a working knowledge and/or experience testing iPaaS/SaaS-based products or other cloud technologies in either Windows, Linux, and/or Kubernetes/Docker configurations
You have demonstrated the ability to utilize web APIs and technologies using SOAP, REST, JSON/XML to interface with relational databases, CRM/ERP systems, etc.
You have experience using a variety of toolsets, utilities, and scripts during test execution (e.g. Postman, SoapUI, Datadog or other APM’s, etc.)
You are proactive in participating and communicating with others to design and develop product features
You are experienced working remotely with widely distributed teams
You possess strong verbal and written communications skills, are self-directed and a process advocate
Test automation experience using Typescript or Python is a plus.
