Job Purpose
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a strategic business partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the leadership team, and key internal and external stakeholders. This role acts as a trusted advisor, gatekeeper, and liaison, enabling the CEO to focus on high-priority initiatives that drive business results. The EA will provide comprehensive administrative support while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and external partners.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Support executive-level meetings, including agenda creation, material preparation, and follow-up action tracking.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- Uphold and ensure brand standards in communications, presentations, and professional interactions.
- Assist with strategic projects and special assignments as delegated by the CEO.
- Foster collaboration across departments, building strong relationships to support organizational priorities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. A High School Diploma or GED with extensive professional experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Skilled in leveraging technological tools and platforms to streamline administrative processes.
- Professional Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
