Serve as the senior point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring consistent communication, relationship building, and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute Key Account Plans that align with customer goals and drive mutual growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, carrier sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure flawless execution. Monitor account health using KPIs, dashboards, and customer feedback to proactively address service issues and opportunities. Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying logistics optimization opportunities. Build executive-level relationships within customer organizations to strengthen engagement and long-term partnership. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance reviews for Key Accounts. Ensure customer data, communications, and pipeline activity are maintained accurately in CRM/TMS platforms. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to transition new Key Accounts into ongoing management.%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E
