Position: Part-time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
- Professionally answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with a strong focus on customer service.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval of information.
- Prepare and edit documents and reports with attention to detail.
- Assist in compiling and reviewing regularly scheduled reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide reliable administrative support to school leadership and operations teams.
- Create, maintain, and organize data using Excel spreadsheets, including tracking schedules, budgets, rosters, and reports.
- Support transportation logistics, including managing bus schedules, rosters, and student assignments using spreadsheets for accuracy.
- Ensure organizational systems and processes run smoothly to support daily school operations.
- Work independently as a self-starter while maintaining accuracy and organization in all tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the efficient and accurate functioning of the school.

Requirements
- All employees must be fingerprinted and pass a background screening process by the Clearinghouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
