About the Department
The purpose of this class is to provide front-line coordination of work related to advisement, registration and student services, including student applications, registration, drop/add and financial aid.
Position Duties
High School diploma/GED and one year of clerical experience working in an office environment required. Prior experience to include computer skills, working with Microsoft Office software and providing customer service. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends (during peak) and the ability to travel between the Essex and Dundalk campuses required. Driver's License required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Provide day to day processing of enrollment related paperwork
- Resolve and troubleshoot problems in daily processing of service requests related to areas including application processing, enrollment, and course selection
- Process, prepare, and validate student documents relating to all aspects of the enrollment process
- Process mail, email, and handle inquiries from internal and external sources to facilitate efficient office operations
- Audit and/or verify student records. Research and resolve discrepancies
