As a Regional Sales Manager (Expansion), you will be responsible for managing and growing revenue from existing enterprise and service provider accounts within your designated territory. You will focus on upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and long-term relationship building by understanding client needs and aligning them with Radware’s evolving cybersecurity and application delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Own and grow a portfolio of existing strategic accounts; maintain deep, multi-level relationships with customers.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion of existing contracts.
  • Solution Selling: Act as a trusted advisor; work closely with pre-sales engineers to position Radware’s advanced solutions (e.g., Cloud DDoS, WAF, Bot Manager, ADC).
  • Customer Success: Drive customer satisfaction and usage expansion through regular QBRs, health checks, and engagement with Radware’s technical teams.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM; identify and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Renewals: Ensure high renewal rates and long-term contracts through value delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate Internally: Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer needs are met.


  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, networking, or SaaS with a strong focus on existing account growth.
  • Demonstrated success in farming and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar territories and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, especially DDoS, WAF, Bot Mitigation, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP) is a plus.
