Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid – In-office Wednesdays)
Hours: 20–25 hours/week | Pay: $14.00+/hour

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and support key projects for the US/Canada Field Operations team.
  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to Area Managers and the Domestic Director.
  • Assist with presentations, reports, and logistical planning.
  • Supervise or mentor other student administrative assistants as needed.
  • Interact with senior service missionaries and other Church representatives.
  • Perform general office tasks such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and supply management.
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence as a representative of BYU-Pathway Worldwide.

Qualifications

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years as an Administrative Professional or similar experience (This would be a perfect role for an experienced individual who returned to school after being in the workforce or otherwise engaged in gaining life experience; and is now a current student approaching graduation, or who or recently graduated (within one year of graduation), from any college
    or university.)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the state of Utah.
  • Available to work 30–40 hours/week between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Mon–Fri), including in-office on designated days.

     

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Majoring in Business, Communications, Professional Studies, or related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in an office or administrative setting.
  • Administrative Assistant Certificate (a plus but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Teachable, proactive, and willing to grow into the role.
