Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience to join our People Team. This role blends hands-on recruiting responsibilities with key administrative support to ensure an exceptional candidate and employee experience. The Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring for a variety of essential roles across the organization—spanning operations, accounting, and business support—while also managing the day-to-day administrative processes that keep our People function running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Work with your manager to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience, from first touchpoint through onboarding.
Track and report on recruiting metrics to help improve processes and hiring outcomes.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding logistics to ensure smooth transitions into the organization.
Support managers and new hires with the necessary documentation, system access, and training.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.
Administrative & People Operations Support
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within HR systems and ATS.
Assist with compliance, reporting, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Support broader People Team projects and day-to-day operations as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to both professional and operations roles.
Expectation to work at office location. This is not a remote role. Hybrid schedule.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail and process accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with candidates, managers, and colleagues.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS required; Paylocity experience is a significant plus.
