Responsibilities
- Evangelize the data and information available within the Customer 360, maintain a prioritized data source roadmap and data catalog, and act as a resource for Customer Operations on how to leverage the Customer 360 for business insights
- Create user stories, features, and epics associated with managing the Customer 360 and working with business and IT stakeholders to appropriately groom this product backlog
- Embed a data-driven mindset in the business, rationalizing data needs and ensuring that data within the Customer 360 supports business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and deliver management and executive level communications associated with the status and management of the Customer Analytics program
- Prepare and deliver change management and training materials
- Develop, maintain and monitor dashboard and scorecards to manage the delivery of the analytics program and ensure data health and quality (e.g. SLA's, accuracy, consistency.)
- Manage vendors and staff supporting data and analytics delivery
- Manage a team of product owners
Qualifications
- Master's Degree and 2 years of related work experience or
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of related work experience or
- Associate's Degree and 5 years of related work experience or
- High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of related work experience
- Work experience with agile project management
- Experience with Microsoft office applications, including proficiency with Excel.
- Experience with customer or enterprise data platforms, analytics development teams, and change management
- Proven experience managing an agile product development team as a Product Owner
- Experience managing system integrators and technology consulting vendors
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with various Company and Customer Operations computer systems
- Knowledge of Customer Operations business, rules and regulations
- Experience in producing formal presentations and documentation for executive and regulatory share out
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated written communication skills
- Project Demonstrated project management skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
- Driver's License Required
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
