Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
- Sales Support: Assist the Government Sales team in all aspects of the sales process, from initial lead generation to post-sales support.
- Government Tender Management: Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and other documents required for government bids.
- Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for government clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and providing updates on sales progress.
- Order Processing: Facilitate the order processing workflow, including tracking sales orders, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining order-related documentation.
- Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing government contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and procurement regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts for government sales accounts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, technical, legal, finance) to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders and projects.
- Market Research: Conduct research on upcoming government projects, funding opportunities, and market trends to support sales planning and strategy.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate sales information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data is current and complete.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in government sales or IT infrastructure solutions.
- Knowledge: Understanding of government procurement processes, IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, cloud, etc.), and the IT sales cycle.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
