Hybrid Program Manager (Fathers Resource and Networking Community) bei Champions for Children, Inc.

Position Summary: This is a management level position responsible for leadership, supervision, coordination, and compliance of the FRANC program services and staff. Position is Full-time, Exempt.  Reports to the Program Director. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

1. Oversee and monitor quality and service delivery practice standards to meet performance expectations in accordance with accreditation and grant requirements.

2. Coordinate FRANC services with other CFC programs to better serve the all-agency families.

3. Develop, cultivate, and manage collaborative relationships with CFC staff, the child welfare and family serving agencies.

4. Participate in planning, delivery, and outreach of special educational projects as part of the FRANC program to benefit families in Tampa Bay Area.

5. Directly supervise FRANC Family Coach Supervisor, FRANC Family Case Manager Supervisor – Data Manager, and FRANC Administrator Assistant.

6. Conduct regular, routine supervision, support, and training to assigned staff. Includes conducting regular staff meetings and completion of introductory and annual performance evaluations.

7. Coordinate with volunteer department to build and maintain robust FRANC internship placements.

8. Assist in the development of annual budget, scope of services and program goals.

9. Participate with the hiring and professional development of FRANC Program staff.

10. Complete accurate and timely data collection for reporting requirements.

11. Adhere to program’s compliance to contract, grant, accreditation and agency requirements.

12. Manage program expenses in according to established budgets and agency procedures.

13. Adhere to the evidence-based curricula used by the FRANC program.

14. Responsible for compliance with agency policies and procedures for the FRANC Program.

15. Attend community partner(s) meetings as assigned.

16. Attend staff meetings, on-going in-service training and reflective supervision as required.

17. Participate in appropriate agency, department, and community planning teams.

18. Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, child development, early childhood, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with families, coordinating services, and supervision of staff. Program management experience preferred.

3. Professional, self-directed, follow-through on projects and prompt responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, customer service focused enjoys working with others.

5. Strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively.

6. Proficiency with data management programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

7. Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, kneel, bend, reach, and manipulate objects; move materials up to 10 pounds on a regular basis; infrequently require moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

8. Occasional evening and Saturday availability.

9. Some travel around Hillsborough County required.

10. Must have reliable vehicle, active auto insurance, and a valid Florida driver’s license.

11. Must successfully complete a Florida level 2 criminal background clearance, motor vehicle records check and drug screening.
