Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Specialist
to support the marketing and sales initiatives of our immersive mixed reality experience attraction in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for entertainment, technology, and guest experiences to contribute to the success of a world-class attraction. In this hybrid role, you will support digital and in-person marketing campaigns, assist with sales outreach and coordination, and help build lasting relationships with partners, groups, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including social media scheduling, email marketing, content updates, and promotional initiatives.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including outreach coordination, scheduling, database management, and client communications.
- Help manage relationships with local partners such as hotels, tour operators, concierges, event planners, and DMCs.
- Track and report on marketing and sales KPIs including campaign performance, ticket sales, and lead conversions.
- Maintain and update CRM tools and guest databases.
- Coordinate on-site marketing efforts such as signage, merchandise, and event activations.
- Support planning and execution of group bookings and private events, including logistics and follow-up.
- Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to inform marketing strategy.
- Provide on-the-ground support at promotional events and outreach efforts across Las Vegas.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or events—preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or tourism industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics).
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Passion for immersive experiences, VR, and next-gen entertainment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
