About the role


Ready to make a measurable impact in bioprocessing? Advanced Instruments is hiring a self-driven, energetic, and proactive Account Manager to join our Osmo Bio team, working remotely in the Boston or New England area. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the face of our osmolality solutions, partnering with leading biotech and biopharma organizations to help them optimize workflows and accelerate innovation. You’ll drive revenue growth by supporting existing customers, expanding into new departments, and converting fresh opportunities—while building lasting relationships rooted in trust, value, and technical expertise.


From hands-on training to strategic account planning, you’ll engage directly with users and decision-makers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success. What we are looking for in you


  • Experience with Biotech and GMP Sales is preferred 
  • 10 years of experience in working with Biotech / Biopharma companies
  • Excellent knowledge of bioprocessing
  • Experience in selling capital equipment
  • Knowledge in complex sales process, with big budgets at stake and multiple stakeholders involved
  • Superior verbal and written communication, both commercially and technically
  • Ability to work in English every day (verbal and written communication)
  • Passion for commercial excellence and sales methodology
  • Deep understanding for scientific and technical excellence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and go-getter attitude
  • Good level in IT (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce.com)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time in average
  • Exemplar presentation skills


Work Location: Remote, Travel
