What You’ll Do

As the Client Onboarding Manager at Bader Law, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Client Advocate team and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of personal injury and workers’ compensation to support team development and client satisfaction.

  • Develop and coach team members on leadership and professional skills to enhance performance and growth.
  • Address and resolve client concerns prior to handoff to ensure a smooth transition and positive client experience.
  • Support Client Advocates in overcoming client hesitation during the contract signing process.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on personal injury and workers’ compensation law to assist the Client Advocate team.
  • Maintain daily floor presence to offer immediate, in-person support and guidance to team members.
  • Conduct biweekly one-on-one meetings with Lead Advocates to monitor progress and provide mentorship.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with Client Advocates to align on goals, updates, and performance metrics.
  • Manage after-hours lead responses according to the department’s on-call rotation schedule.
  • Lead department-wide meetings and daily team huddles to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Delegate special projects and initiatives to Lead Advocates to promote leadership and ownership.
  • Oversee communication and invoicing with IATOG and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate updates and information sharing between Department Heads, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding potential clients (PCs).
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new team members in alignment with organizational needs.
  • Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and bottlenecks to optimize operations.
  • Monitor and achieve monthly KPIs to drive departmental performance and success.

  • Client-centric mindset
  • Sales experience is highly valued
  • Customer service experience required
  • Legal industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and projects
  • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
  • Leadership skills
