Our Constructive Loans business provides stable, reliable capital, flexible product solutions, speed, and competitive pricing to meet the real estate investment financing needs of brokers nationwide. Constructive offers programs for short-term fix & flip, DSCR rental properties, and lines of credit.

Reporting to the Closing Manager, this role serves as a key point of contact for identifying, investigating, and resolving funding-related issues.  The position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all fully executed closing documents in accordance with company and investor guidelines. 
The role will collaborate closely with closers and processors to efficiently clear outstanding conditions at closing and funding.  Additionally, this role will support the resolution of escalated issues from external clients, ensuring a high standard of service and timely response.

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ of experience in the mortgage industry, preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Experience in Encompass or similar software, preferred
  • Knowledge of state specific requirements
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
