The position: We are looking for a carpenter to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can perform a variety of duties in the carpentry trade, including maintaining, repairing, and replacing existing installations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a journey level carpenter or equivalent
• Valid Washington state driver’s license with a fully insurable driving record

What will you do?

• Perform carpentry tasks related to the construction and maintenance of dwelling units and offices, including installation and repair of doors, floors, roofs, partitions, walls, concrete forms, molding, trim, stairs, and cabinets
• Repair and replace hardware, weather stripping, and fences
• Work safely from ladders and swing stages
• Respond to emergency work after normal working hours
• Maintain an adequate inventory of materials for daily operations
• Maintain and repair foundations
