Job Title: Program Manager – IT Infrastructure

Job Summary:
We are seeking a credible Program Manager – IT Infrastructure to lead and be responsible for a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects across the organization. This role is responsible for strategic planning, governance, and execution of programs involving data center operations, cloud transformation, network modernization, and enterprise infrastructure upgrades. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a consistent track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure programs on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall program roadmap, aligning with business and IT strategy
- Oversee multiple concurrent infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment, interdependencies, and resource optimization
- Lead multi-functional teams including project managers, engineers, architects, and vendors
- Establish program governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics
- Lead program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks across projects, ensuring business continuity and compliance
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior collaborators and executive leadership
- Drive adoption of standard methodologies in infrastructure delivery, including ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles
- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and coach project managers and technical leads within the program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- proven ability in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years in infrastructure leadership roles
- Demonstrable experience leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives (e.g., cloud migration, data center consolidation, network transformation)
- Good understanding of infrastructure technologies: networking, cloud (AWS/Azure), virtualization, storage, security, and enterprise systems
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification required; ITIL and cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) preferred
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow, JIRA, Smartsheet)

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborator engagement skills
- Ability to lead ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
