Marsh Kitchen & Bath is seeking a Receptionist / Project Coordinator for its Winston showroom. Marsh Kitchen & Bath is an industry leader in kitchen and bath design, operating showrooms in the Triad and Charlotte areas of North Carolina. As a member of our team, you will be providing reception, sales, design, and administrative support to our design teams. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for creating a warm, inviting, and friendly introduction to Marsh K&B.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Greet and educate customers on the products and services Marsh Kitchen & Bath offers to make their dream kitchen and/or bath a reality.
- Assist walk-in customers with browsing the showroom, answering questions, and gathering details needed for follow-up actions.
- Manage administrative duties, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, handling basic inquiries, and ensuring literature and samples are well-stocked and presented neatly.
- Provide sales, design, and administrative support to designers and other coordinators.
- Provide exceptional customer service to builders, homeowners, and internal peers.
- Learn and execute the Marsh X process to ensure accurate and precise quotes and proposals.
- Provide daily support using 20-20 Design software; prepare layouts and perspectives.
- Place orders for all materials needed for jobs, including cabinets, hardware, glass, accessories, and countertops.
- Organize and upkeep scheduling for assigned designer(s); schedule deliveries and installations within the MarshX system.
- Document customer orders, changes, and notes in the MarshX system.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and the salesperson. This includes calling customers to verify deliveries, handling incoming calls, and scheduling deliveries.
- All other duties assigned by the supervisor or requested by the sales and design team.
Requirements
To ensure success as a Receptionist / Project Coordinator, you should have:
- Five years of customer service experience and/or in a design-related field. Experience in retail, kitchen and bath remodeling, or construction/builder environments is a plus.
- High School diploma; 20-20 Design experience and/or interior design degree a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Cheerful, customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to learn and follow processes, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Marsh Kitchen & Bath offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- This is a full-time position with working hours Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Saturday and evenings on occasion, as needed.
- In this role, you can expect to work in a comfortable office/showroom environment that includes long periods of sitting with heavy computer/phone use.
- Receptionist responsibilities are estimated to require 40% of your time, while Project Coordinator duties for the Design/Sales team are projected to require 60% of your time. Subject to change.
