We are currently looking for a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to join us. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally. The successful applicant will support the Onboarding process by ensuring all new hire requirements are completed promptly. Background checks are completed.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required. This is not an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner position. If you are looking to grow and develop your skills in Human Resources, then this is the position for you.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, polished professional with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to represent the department with confidence and professionalism. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.


Key Responsibilities

    Provide strategic administrative support to the Senior Director of HR, ensuring follow-through on priorities and proactive handling of confidential matters.

    Act as a liaison and representative of the Sr. Director in professional settings and correspondence.

    Manage complex calendars and high-level meetings, ensuring timely preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.

    Coordinate logistics and provide onsite support for internal and external meetings.

    Record and distribute meeting notes or action summaries as needed.

    Serve as the first point of contact for the HR department.

    Demonstrate a polished, service-oriented approach in all interactions.

    Maintain accurate records, manage departmental files, and support administrative workflows to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Track and compile departmental data, support assessments, and assist in the creation of reports and presentations.

Required Qualifications

 Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

    Ideal 1-2 years of experience supporting senior-level executives 

    Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

    Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

    Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and time management.

    Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

    Demonstrated ability to stay composed and effective in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications

    Familiarity with HR operations (e.g., HR systems).

    Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence and service.
