About the Role:
As a Restaurant Consultant (Account Executive - Outbound) at Mad Mobile, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our channel partners and key stakeholders in the assigned geography. Your role is pivotal in generating new sales of our restaurant POS products and services through effective partnership management. You will drive engagement, lead regular training sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive channel partner engagement to generate quality inbound leads and referrals, creating advocates for Mad Mobile products and services.
- Conduct field visits to partner companies’ locations or onsite at their customers’ restaurants and facilities.
- Network extensively within assigned channel partners to maximize influence and effectiveness.
- Lead regular sales and education sessions at various levels within channel partner organizations.
- Maintain regular communication with key channel partner contacts through 1:1 calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of activities within Mad Mobile’s CRM (Salesforce).
- Adhere to company standards and achieve defined KPIs.
Required Skills & Expectations:
- Methodical and organized approach to sales or account management.
- Experience with SaaS sales, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
- Resourcefulness in cross-functional internal and external capacities.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Confidence in conducting training and sales sessions, both virtually and in-person.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and demonstrate performance-driven hustle.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.
