JOB PURPOSE
The HR intern will support the Human Resources department by assisting with administrative HR projects, including but not limited to recruitment activities, employee file management, and onboarding. The HR Intern role provides exposure to various HR functions and offers hands-on experience through HR projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the recruitment process, with scheduling interviews, job description audits, and updating recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding processes and prepare new hire documents.
- Assist with tracking and development function by maintaining learning and development training records and documentation.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
- Participate in I-9 form audit and help ensure compliance with federal requirements.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Assist with benefit communications, such as creating monthly communication slides.
