Overview
The Talent Acquisition and Career Development team is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support department leaders.
This is a full-time, 40-hour/week hybrid position based at our Lebanon, NH campus. On-site presence is expected 2–3 days per week, with flexibility around which days those are.

Senior Administrative Assistant Job Description:
The Senior Administrative Assistant performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative duties that require comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. They may conduct special studies of an administrative nature, serve as a resource to patients and staff members, and may monitor departmental budget accounts.

- Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science or a related field with two (2) years of experience (1 year of which is supporting a managerial role), or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Word processing, Microsoft Office, and PC skills required.
- Ability to work independently, assess priorities and organize workload.
- Excellent communication skills required.
