The Sales Support Specialist will undertake a variety of administrative activities while working directly with senior sales professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-first environment.
Assist with formatting proposal letters, reports and presentations
Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and client outreach.
Manage social media presence
Database management, including data mining, report building and auditing data integrity
Conduct relevant market research to properly identify and qualify new business opportunities
Coordinate travel, association involvement and conference participation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
At least one year of experience with office support or administration
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Strong technology skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce)
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $30.05. Compensation includes additional opportunity for results-based bonus incentives.
