The Sales Support Specialist will undertake a variety of administrative activities while working directly with senior sales professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-first environment.

  • Assist with formatting proposal letters, reports and presentations

  • Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and client outreach.

  • Manage social media presence

  • Database management, including data mining, report building and auditing data integrity

  • Conduct relevant market research to properly identify and qualify new business opportunities

  • Coordinate travel, association involvement and conference participation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • At least one year of experience with office support or administration

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

  • Strong technology skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce)

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $30.05. Compensation includes additional opportunity for results-based bonus incentives.
