SUMMARY: This is a management level position responsible for leadership, supervision, coordination, and compliance of the P3
program services and staff. Reports to the Program Director. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
1. Oversee and monitor quality and service delivery practice standards to meet performance expectations in accordance with
accreditation and grant requirements.
2. Coordinate P3 services with other CFC programs to better serve all-agency families.
3. Develop, cultivate, and manage collaborative relationships with other CFC programs, child welfare and family serving agencies.
4. Participate in planning, delivery, and outreach of special educational projects as part of the P3 program to benefit families in
Tampa Bay Area.
5. Supervise contracted evaluation team to assure complete and accurate outcome assessment, appropriate use of budget, and
integration in P3 PQI process.
6. Manage programmatic contracted services to assure compliance with agreed upon goals.
7. Directly supervise P3 Family Educator Supervisor, P3 Family Case Manager Supervisor, and P3 Administrator Assistant.
8. Conducts regular, routine supervision, support, and training to the assigned staff. Includes conducting regular staff meetings
and completion of introductory and annual performance evaluations.
9. Coordinate with volunteer department to build and maintain robust P3 internship placements.
10. Assist in the development of annual budget, scope of services and program goals.
11. Participate with the hiring and professional development of P3 Program staff.
12. Completes accurate and timely data collection for reporting requirements.
13. Adheres to program’s compliance to contract, grant, accreditation and agency requirements.
14. Manage program expenses in according to established budgets and agency procedures.
15. Assures fidelity of evidence-based curricula used by the P3 program.
16. Responsible for compliance with agency policies and procedures for the P3 Program.
17. Attends community partner(s) meetings as assigned.
18. Attend staff meetings, on-going in-service training and reflective supervision as required.
19. Participate in appropriate agency, department, and community planning teams.
20. Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, child development, early childhood, or related field. Master’s degree
preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with families, coordinating services, and supervision of staff. Program management
experience preferred.
3. Professional, self-directed, follow-through on projects and prompt responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, customer service focused enjoys working with others.
5. Strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively.
6. Proficiency with data management programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
7. Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, kneel, bend, reach, and manipulate objects; move materials up to 10 pounds on a regular
basis; infrequently require moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
8. Occasional evening and Saturday availability.
9. Some travel around Hillsborough County required.
10. Must be sensitive to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the population that Champions for Children serves.
11. Must have reliable vehicle, active auto insurance, and a valid Florida driver’s license.
12. Must successfully complete a Florida level 2 criminal background clearance, motor vehicle records check and drug screening.
