FM Talent is currently seeking a Social Media Consultant to enhance visibility and engagement by developing, curating and managing original, high-quality content across multiple social media platforms.  This person will work as an independent contractor on an as-needed basis for no more than 10 hours a week.  This work will be performed remotely.

 

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and curate original content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid social, and influencer partnerships.
  • Support brand consistency by adhering to established voice, tone, and visual guidelines across all content.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing content and campaigns across major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
