JOB TITLE: National Lane Inspector
LOCATION: Arlington, TX/Remote
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
REPORTS TO: Director of Field Services
WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The USBC National Lane Inspector maintains a focus on execution of the center inspection process, detailed analytics and reporting, and customer service. Hands-on, day-to-day lane inspections, scheduling of future inspections, travel planning, data analysis, reporting, and customer service are vital duties.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accomplishes goals by accepting ownership for delivering new and different requests.
- Schedule center inspection trips a minimum of 90 days out.
- Complete 30 and 60-day out calls for upcoming inspections.
- Complete and submit scheduled inspections in a timely manner.
- Transport, maintain, and calibrate inspection equipment as outlined in training materials.
- Create and deliver reporting needed for the center certification process.
- Report inspection progress to Certification Director.
- Maintain files and record systems.
- Serve as a trainer center staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent writing and communication skills.
· Strong understanding of the center certification process.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience with email and phone communication.
- Must pass the RVP program and maintain a “Green Light” status.
- Must adhere to the Code of Conduct of the USBC Registered Volunteer Program is a condition of employment and continued employment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and/or crawl.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
