Job Summary:

We’re looking for skilled, motivated Sales Lead Coordinator to be the vital link between our customers and sales team, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience from start to finish. This role involves managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, conducting outbound follow-up calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. 

Key Responsibilities:

Support Sales Success

  • Partner with our sales team to manage and qualify leads, keeping the pipeline full and flowing.
  • Schedule appointments with precision, ensuring our sales reps have the best possible routes and timing for success.
  • Coordinating each salesperson's schedule, making sure their pipeline is full and their time is being utilized to its maximum potential.
  • Reconnect with potential customers through outbound calls, reigniting their interest in our top-notch HVAC services.
  • Follow up after installations to ensure complete satisfaction, address any concerns, and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, answering their questions and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Keep communication lines open and clear, ensuring customers feel supported every step of the way.
  • Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.
  • Share valuable insights with our marketing team to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously seek out ways to improve our processes, contributing to a more efficient and effective sales operation.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma (an associate degree in business or marketing is a plus!).
  • At least two years of experience in sales support or coordination, ideally in HVAC or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience is a bonus!).
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
